Why match dress socks to trousers?
Matching socks to trousers makes the leg look longer and unbroken when you sit or walk. Navy trousers take navy socks; charcoal takes charcoal. If unsure, go darker. Patterned socks are fine for smart casual but stay subtle for funerals and interviews.
Why mid-calf for suits?

What are no-show socks?

How many pairs do I need?
