How pay on delivery works at sneakersInn
By sneakersInn team · Updated
In Greater Accra, sneakersInn orders are paid on delivery: the rider brings your pair, you check it, and then you pay in cash or mobile money. You don't pay anything when you place the order. Outside Greater Accra, orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and paid before the parcel is sent, because parcel services can't collect payment.

How does pay on delivery work, step by step?
- Order on the site. Choose your pair and size in the shop, then check out with your name, WhatsApp number and delivery area. No account and no payment are needed.
- We confirm on WhatsApp. A member of the team messages you to confirm the order, the size and your location.
- The rider delivers. In Greater Accra, delivery arrives within 24 hours (tomorrow).
- You check the pair. Look at the size, both shoes and the condition before paying. See what to check when your pair arrives.
- You pay the rider. Cash or mobile money, for the total shown at checkout: the pairs plus the delivery fee for your area.
Can I see the total before the rider arrives?
Yes. Checkout shows the full total, including delivery, before you place the order, and the WhatsApp confirmation repeats it. You can also check any area's fee with the delivery cost calculator.
What if the pair isn't right when it arrives?
Tell the rider before you pay and message us on WhatsApp. After payment, our returns policy applies: Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original packaging within 48 hours of delivery, after inspection.
Why do orders outside Accra have to be paid first?
Parcel services carry the order between cities but don't collect money on delivery. So for orders outside Greater Accra, we confirm the details on WhatsApp first, you pay, and then the parcel is sent for a flat GH₵40. See delivery outside Accra.
Can I pay online instead?
Checkout doesn't take online card payments at the moment; every order is confirmed on WhatsApp. The current options are always listed on the facts page.
Can I pick up and pay in person?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout. Pickup at the Head Office, Haatso, Accra is free and your order is ready in 1 hour. You pay when you collect.
